STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

A fully equipped gym allows the flexibility and opportunity to follow patients' up right through to the advanced stages of rehabilitation. Our strength programs are utilised as prevention for injury as much as rehab and we encourage all individuals to come in for a strength program for wellbeing and injury prevention. Our beliefs are that strength training is of benefit to every person, from the elderly to teenagers, there is always a program that can be devised that can improve quality of life.
